Frequently Asked Questions

ELANUM is a platform that combines Astrology, Human Design and Numerology. We calculate your signature, a personal combination of your birth time and place. It shows you how you perceive, decide and come across to others.

ELANUM is free to use during the test phase. For the official launch, we plan to offer free basic features and paid options. We will announce what is included and the prices in advance. You will only be charged if you explicitly purchase a paid offer. We do not sell your data.

Depending on how you use ELANUM, we store account and profile details, birth data, images, questionnaire answers and messages. Other members see information shared for the respective area. Technical service providers process data to run the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains which data is processed for which purpose and who receives it.

You can try the birth profile and couple analysis without an account. Your personal area with Today, Me, Circle and Path requires a free account. The current access rules are shown here.

Birth Profile = Quick analysis (instant, no login). Signature = Detailed view with deep texts (login required). Dossier = Complete PDF handbook of your personal blueprint (complete version around 90 pages).

We place your birth moment next to your answers. We read the birth moment through Astrology (synastry), Human Design (composite analysis) and Numerology (life path), the answers come from your questionnaires. The score brings both together, weighted from your point of view.

The Resonance Score places how close a person is to you in what matters to you. It joins your birth moment from Astrology, Human Design and Numerology with your answers on everyday life, values, closeness and affection, attachment and more. It is weighted from your point of view. Whatever only one of you has answered drops out instead of counting as zero. 50 means as close as half of all pairs.

Three-pillar colours: Cyan = Astrology (birth sky), Magenta = Human Design (presence), Purple = Numerology (life numbers).

Person colours: Green = Me (your data), Amber = Partner (partner data), Rose = Together (your connection). This colour coding runs throughout the entire platform.

Human Design combines astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah and the chakra system into a model with an energy chart. Type, strategy and authority offer themes for voluntary self-observation. They do not determine your character or decisions.

The four arrows on the energy chart organize themes within the Human Design model: determination, environment, motivation and perspective. Their descriptions are symbolic prompts for self-observation, not established physical or cognitive traits. They do not provide dietary instructions. You can voluntarily explore what helps in daily life through your own experience.

Within the Human Design model, the incarnation cross connects the sun and earth gates of both chart sides into an interpretive theme. It can serve as an image for recurring questions. It does not establish a predetermined purpose in life.

Soul Kosmos is your personal area after registration. Here you find your daily impulse, your signature, your dossier and in Resonances (dating) the chance to meet other people.

In Self-Discovery mode you explore your own signature (and optionally that of a partner). In Resonances (dating) you become visible to others and can meet people whose way of being fits yours.

As an approved member, you can find your personal referral code and link under Invitations. You can share both repeatedly. New accounts can then be attributed to you. A code is not required to register. Existing accounts cannot be attributed later. A referral does not automatically add anyone to your circle. Automatic rewards are currently inactive.

Yes, under Delete account. When you delete your own account, it is permanently deleted immediately. Certain data follows separate retention periods, such as moderation evidence, records required by law and backups. The 90-day period applies to accounts deleted by the team for a violation. See the Privacy Policy for the individual periods.

The calculations follow fixed rules and are checked against references. Each analysis shows which information is missing and where approximations are used. The astronomical calculation does not establish the validity of a personal interpretation. See Our method for specific measurements and their limits.
