Right of withdrawal
Last updated:
Swiss offering. ELANUM is currently free for end users. Paid offerings for coaches and companies are binding once they are delivered. For technical problems we review every case with goodwill.
Our legal texts are available in German and English; the German version prevails. Swiss law applies.
Please note: this is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the German version at /widerruf prevails.
1. Legal position in Switzerland
ELANUM is a Swiss offer. Swiss law provides a statutory right of withdrawal only for certain ways of concluding a contract, for example at the door, at the workplace or by telephone (Art. 40a et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations), but not for contracts you conclude online. Purchases of digital content and services on this platform are therefore binding once the contract is concluded and the content is provided.
So that you can still make an informed decision, we rely on transparency before you buy.
2. Who paid offers are for
Many features of ELANUM are free of charge. Individual features for end users are chargeable, as a subscription or a single purchase, as are offers for coaches, practices, companies and API customers, for example packages, dossiers or team reports. You see what something costs before you buy.
3. Demo preview before buying
Before you purchase a paid digital service (for example a dossier or a team report), you can view a demo version. It shows structure, sample content, quality and scope.
4. Binding nature of a purchase
By completing a payment (via Stripe) you confirm:
- that you had the opportunity to take note of the demo preview,
- that you are acquiring digital content that is made available for use immediately (creation, download, viewing),
- that once it has been provided there is no entitlement to a refund, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and Liechtenstein
If you are habitually resident in the EU, the EEA or Liechtenstein and conclude a paid contract with us as a consumer, you have the statutory right of withdrawal of your country of residence. Before we offer such contracts, we will provide you with complete withdrawal information and a model withdrawal form before purchase. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires only if you have expressly agreed that we begin providing it before the withdrawal period ends and you have acknowledged this.
6. When we refund as a goodwill gesture
Even without a legal obligation, we review refund requests individually and refund as a goodwill gesture if:
- the product could not be provided for technical reasons (for example a failed PDF creation or a download that was not possible),
- the product is demonstrably incomplete or faulty and cannot be remedied,
- a technical error caused a double booking.
Please send refund requests to kosmos@soulresonance.ch or through the form under "Feedback" when signed in.
7. Disputes with your payment provider
For justified complaints, the dispute procedure of your payment provider is also available to you. We cooperate with every review and provide records of the transaction.
8. Free offers
Free features of the platform (for example Soul Kosmos, Resonances, chats and events without an entrance fee) create no purchase obligation. You can delete your account at any time under Account.
9. Contact
For questions about purchases, demo previews or refunds, contact us at kosmos@soulresonance.ch or through the form under "Feedback" when signed in.
