Frequently asked questions
Who owns the employee/candidate data?
The platform user (HR/Coach) is legally the controller under Swiss DSG / EU GDPR. SoulResonance acts as data processor. Consent from the affected person is mandatory and confirmed via checkbox + logged.
Do employees/candidates have an account?
No. B2B portals are purely internal, only HR or Coach has a login. The analysed persons never access the platform and receive no emails from us.
How long are data stored?
24-hour sliding-window retention for contact raw data. Generated PDF dossiers stay with the customer (download). On contract end: complete deletion within 30 days.
Is the engine scientific?
Our engine calculates celestial positions and Human Design structures with scientific precision. Interpretations are astro-psychological in nature, they do not replace medical or legal assessments and are advisory only.
Can we invite multiple HR staff?
Yes. After approval the company admin can invite additional seats via seat management. Each seat has its own login but shares the company billing.
How does billing work?
Stripe per transaction. Each generated dossier, each team report is billed individually. No subscription, no monthly fees. Fully transparent and cancellable anytime.
