Channel 12-22: Openness
A feeling finds words more easily when you choose the moment for it yourself.
Channel 12/22 connects the Throat Centre and Emotional Centre in the HD model.
Two ways you can try this out: You put an important statement briefly and check before the conversation whether timing, setting and the readiness of the other person fit. You put observation, your own experience and your wish separately and leave the other person room for a different view.
For your own review: You sense when a thought is ready for words and when it wants to stay inside. A feeling can be spoken without assigning an intention to the other person. You choose an example where both views carried you and hold on just as firmly to what did not fit.
