Generator in Human Design: strength and strategy

Which activities are enjoyable and which take considerable effort? This interpretation offers a perspective on activity and response. Actual capacity is observed in daily life.

Where this comes from

Human Design derives type from defined centres and their connections. The model uses birth positions and a second calculated time before birth. Type does not measure personal capacity.

The full text

With an everyday task you notice whether the first interest becomes lasting enjoyment. A quick yes or no in the gut is a clue. You hold it next to your actual experience, your limits and what you know about the situation.

In Human Design this type is associated with responding to concrete prompts. You feel early in your body whether something really draws you or whether you are only talking yourself into it. Interest and effort belong together here.

Try it in everyday life

For example, someone asks you to help with a project. Instead of deciding from the first feeling alone, you clarify the task, the time and the expectations. After one small step you look back at whether the interest was still there and which conditions helped. This is how you tell enthusiasm from taking on too much. The type describes a pattern and not unlimited capacity.

Your assignment within the model

You can work out your own type in a minute. You need your date of birth, the time and the place.

Calculate your type

With an account your calculation stays saved, plus daily impulses and the comparisons with other people.
