Two ways you can try this out: You name the aim and the people affected and clarify who decides, who contributes and who wants to give feedback. You gather the people affected and their open questions and agree on a transparent way to reach the decision.

For your own review: A shared undertaking carries you only once it is clear who decides within it. In a shared decision one voice is often still missing that you know of. You choose an example where both views carried you and hold on just as firmly to what did not fit.
