Two ways you can try this out: Before a correction you check whether feedback is wanted. Then you name one specific observation and one workable suggestion. You look more closely at a pleasant moment and name the conditions that helped. You make one of them possible again.

For your own review: Your eye for improvement helps where it is wanted. Otherwise it only corrects. One small activity gave you joy recently even though it looked unremarkable. You choose an example where both views carried you and hold on just as firmly to what did not fit.
