Two approaches work side by side in you, perspective from lived experience and learning through experiments. In a current task you sense which of them carries you now.
When you set a past example beside the present situation and name one important difference, your overview grows more precise. When you try a low-stakes variation and keep observation, result and next attempt separate, a detour loses its weight.
Two viewpoints for comparison: You sense which experience still carries you today and which belonged to another time. You sense which small attempt truly moves you on and which only keeps you busy. You note which view helped you just now. A profile names viewpoints and does not fix you in a role.
