You notice your first response to a specific question before you can explain it. When you describe it in a small everyday choice and afterwards compare feeling, reason and outcome, you get to know it.
Sacral authority in Human Design describes an immediate answer from the body. It belongs to your awareness and stands beside the weighing of facts and consequences.
Try it in everyday life
You choose between two small leisure activities. Having both described concretely, you sense your first stirring more clearly and can compare it later with the experience. You see what matched and what surprised you. A single experience does not yet make a rule.
