Emotional Authority in Human Design: observing decisions

How does a view of a question change with mood? This interpretation encourages observation over time. Necessary decisions do not therefore have to be postponed as a rule.

Where this comes from

Human Design assigns authority using defined centres and a hierarchy within the model. This assignment does not prove that a particular feeling or bodily signal indicates the right decision.

The full text

You notice how the same question wears a different face in different moods. When you record your first impression and look at it again later, what stays important shows itself.

Emotional authority in Human Design draws attention to the movement of your mood over time. Feelings and factual clues may both enter your decision.

Try it in everyday life

An offer excites you in the evening. If no quick answer is needed, you record your reasons and read them again the next day. You sense what still holds and what information is missing. A changed impression is not failure but an invitation to look more closely.

Your assignment within the model

The authority assignment within the HD model is calculated from birth data.
